Electrical and Instrumental Project and Commissioning Engineer
Established in 2007, LJR Engineering is a Project Delivery organisation specialising in MEICA Project Management and Commissioning services.

Electrical and Instrumental Project and Commissioning Engineer must:
* Have either HNC or HND in Engineering or degree, masters or bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
* Be willing to travel around the UK (With possible stay overs)
* Be in the UK (We do not offer sponsorships)
Salary and benefits: -
* Between £50,000 and £65,000 dependant on qualifications and experience.

You will be required to work on multiple projects within the Water Industry with responsibilities including: -
* Provide expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation systems within Water industry projects
* Leading Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation projects from concept through to completion
* Assist with the development and review of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering designs
* Management of installation and commissioning activities
* Co-ordination of key stakeholders to achieve a successful delivery of various projects
* Development and management of commissioning documentation
* Attend and lead regular meetings with key stakeholders
Ideally you will have experience in the following areas and disciplines: -
* Understanding of Electrical and instrument, and control & automation systems along with ability to understand and work through electrical drawings and key documentation
* Familiar electrical system installations, MCCs, and control panels
* Project engineering or similar role
* Ability to manage installation and commissioning activities, resolving issues during the process
* The clean and wastewater industry (preferred, however not essential)
Other requirements: -
* Ability and desire to work within a closely integrated team
* Familiar and competent with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Being able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills
* Desire to work flexibly between site, office, and from home
* Being able to attend meetings in various locations as per project requirements
* Ability to interpret information and data related to the role
An Engineering Degree or Higher National Certificate (dependent on experience) is essential for this role
