About The Firm:

An established law firm in Newbury, renowned for its excellent client care and family law expertise, is looking for an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor or Partner to join its expanding Family Law team. The firm serves a wide range of clients, including MNW and HNW individuals, and offers a supportive, flexible working environment.

The Role:

In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of high-value family law matters such as divorce, financial settlements and child arrangements. You’ll provide expert legal advice to MNW/HNW clients, mentor junior team members and play a key role in growing the department. Business development and building client relationships will be a key part of your responsibilities.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years’ PQE in family law
• Experience handling complex family law cases, including financial matters
• Strong ability to manage a caseload independently and provide leadership
• Proven business development skills with an emphasis on client care
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
