About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week at a well-regarded primary school in Sheffield. As the Building Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the school runs smoothly, providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks.
Ensuring the school premises are clean, secure, and well-organized.
Managing the school's health and safety procedures, including fire safety checks.
Overseeing contractors on-site and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies.
Handling routine site inspections and general caretaking duties.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., caretaker, site manager, or facilities supervisor).
A proactive and hands-on approach to maintenance and problem-solving.
A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
