47.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and 2 out of 4 Saturdays as overtime 7am - 12pm

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be carrying out work on vehicles, ensuring all damage and required servicing is competed in the appropriate time given within a busy service centre.

General responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and Servicing on vehicles, including clutch replacement and cam belt replacement, brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks.
• Complete minor electrical work as and when required.
• Perform electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
• Working against set parameters to inspect the mechanical condition of vehicles.
• Completed and communicate technical vehicle assessments.

To be considered you must have:

• Full UK driving license.
• A great eye for detail and pride on every car.
• A team player and problem solver.
• Great Communication skills
• Must have experience of working as motor vehicle mechanic in similar role.
• Must carry out all repairs to a high standard.
• A minimum of NVQ L3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• A qualified diagnostic technician, preferably experience on all vehicle brands.
• Must be able to show both speed & quality of work.

This role offers you:

• £42K salary plus overtime
• Permanent from day one.
