They are recruiting for a Project Manager

As a skilled and motivated Project Manager you will oversee and drive the successful execution and completion of this new build development comprising of 3 blocks, 5 storeys 68 apartments (1-3 beds), 4 office spaces within this organisation. The ideal Project Manager will possess a strong background in residential & commercial projects, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across teams. This role requires expertise in methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

* Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project life cycle.

* Implement cost control measures to manage project budgets effectively.

* Utilise data analysis skills to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation..

* Facilitate regular project meetings to review status updates, address challenges, and celebrate milestones.

* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety principles throughout the project management process.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in project management, particularly in residential and commercial developments.

* Strong understanding of systems and methodologies

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
