Nursery Manager

Salary: £40,000

40 hours per week

We are in search of a proficient Nursery Manager to take charge of the daily functions of our client's nursery. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of dedicated staff members and ensure a secure, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children. The nursery caters to the needs of children aged 3 months to 5 years and is equipped with an enclosed outdoor play area, engaging activities, and convenient access to the local river and green spaces for enriching trips.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Early Years or above
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience in a nursery setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education
• Dedication to diversity, equality, and inclusion in nursery operations
• Preferred First Aid and CPR certification
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology for nursery management
