We are actively looking for a Building Safety Manager to join a housing association in the Solihull area on a temporary basis. In return you will receive flexible working hours, hybrid working, opportunity to be extended and mileage covered.

As the Building Safety Manager you will be:

Overseeing the building safety of the authority whilst specialising in fire safety
Managing the development and improvement of the policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Legislations
Manage the building safety operating environments and safety case requirements for the housing stock
Monitoring the survey recommendations across the high rise properties, identifying and reporting any issues
Qualifications / Experience:

Experience covering the big 6 of Compliance
Understanding of the Building Safety Act
Extensive experience working with building safety
Social housing experience
Previous experience leading a team
NEBOSH or relevant professional qualification
As the Building Safety Manager, you will receive:

£350- £380 a day
