MEP BIM Coordinator Vacancy - min 3-month contract to start beginning of January 25 (may go permanent)

Project: £300m Hospital Project, Kings Cross

My client is a leading international Tier 1 Contractor currently seeking an MEP BIM Coordinator with excellent Revit Skills to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months.

The role will be 100% Site based (no WFH) in Kings Cross.

This healthcare and hospital project will involve very complex MEP.

The BIM Team have the early stage 3 design - which the MEP Revit Coordinator will need to build up for installation drawings.

Support will be available from the in-house engineers who are site based.

The role requires:

• Essential: Excellent all round technical knowledge particular Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office 365

• Need to know Revit MEP - at least 1 year Revit experience as a minimum and ideally healthcare/hospital experience

• Revit exam-based certification would be advantageous

• Excellent presentation skills

• Experience in other applications would be advantageous AutoCAD, Revizto, Solibri or Asite

• Ability to organize and manage own workflow and work autonomously

• Strong attention to detail

• The hours are 9-5 some flexibility for earlier start (8 hour day with a lunch break)

Further info:

• All kit is REVIT 2023 (out the box no plug ins).

• There is a 2D design to follow - so is a coordinator role

• Lots of transition: services are stacked on top.

• Must be able to read schematics and line drawings to transfer into a model.

• The manager is a stickler for using the software properly - not just like a draughting machine. Its a full BIM project including the asset register.
