Salter Grange is seeking a dynamic Design Manager to join the team on a £138 million commercial workspace fit-out project, with a robust pipeline of future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the design management team on a £138 million commercial workspace fit-out project and future projects
Oversee the design process, ensuring all project requirements are met within budget and on schedule
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realisedRequirements:

Proven experience in large-scale fit-out projects, particularly in the commercial workspace sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in design software and tools
