Employment Solicitor (3+ years PQE) - Job Type: Full-time

A highly respected and forward-thinking law firm in Edinburgh are currently looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their successfully ranked team!
Day-to-day of the role: - Provide legal advice on employment aspects of various transactions, including corporate and outsourcing projects.
- Address daily employment-related inquiries, managing disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Oversee collective matters such as redundancies and integration.
- Offer guidance on trade union matters and represent clients in tribunal litigation.
- Independently manage a diverse caseload while also assisting with complex cases, supported by a collaborative team.
- Ensure high-quality client service in both contentious and non-contentious matters, dealing with employers and employees alike.
- Engage with clients directly and remotely, attending tribunals and courts as necessary.
- Participate in business development initiatives and maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively advise and represent clients in employment tribunals.
- Skilled in identifying critical issues and performing thorough legal merits assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising and multitasking efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling numerical data.
- Confident in making decisive, well-judged decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, and ideally experienced with case management systems.
- Strong commercial acumen with a keen ability to assess risks.
