A returning client of ours in the cargo and aviation industry is seeking to recruit a Temp to Perm Accounts Payable assistant to join their team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to enhance our dynamic finance team.

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions for cargo and aviation services.
• Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and handle inquiries related to payments.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Assist with month-end closing and contribute to financial reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within the cargo or aviation industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
