On behalf of our client, KCS requires a Quantity Surveyor for our project in Radlett, Hertfordshire to start ASAP.

This is a permanent position, working hours are 7.30am - 5.30pm.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the construction and civils industry and live within 1 hour of Radlett.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following:

* Cost estimation

* Cost Control

* Risk Management

* Procurement

* Contract Administration

* Financial Reporting

This position comes with a yearly salary of up to £60'000 and other company benefits such as bonus, holiday pay and pension will be discussed at the interview stage,
