Business Development Manager, Midlands, £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car, Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within contract logistics
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct strategic market analysis to drive business growth
Develop and present tailored logistics solutions for clients
Manage tenders, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers to operations
Maintain an active pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
Track sales performance and prepare monthly reportsWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in business development, preferably within contract logistics or supply chain management
Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyse and interpret market trends and dataRenumeration:

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car, Bonus
