We are working with a highly regarded legal 100 firm in London as it seeks to expand its prestigious Employment Law Department. This distinguished firm is known for providing specialist legal services to private and commercial clients. The firm operates from a historic building in one of London’s most prestigious squares, offering an inspiring working environment.
The Role:
You will advise on a wide range of employment issues and handle both contentious and non-contentious work, including:
- Reorganisations
- Disciplinaries and grievances
- M&A transactional work, due diligence, and corporate support
- Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, settlement agreements
- TUPE
- Employment status
- Day-to-day employment law advice
- Tribunal/Court work
You will have:
- At least 4 years of experience in Employment Law
- Both contentious and non-contentious experience
- Experience acting for both employers and senior employees
- Experience in Employment Tribunals is essential
- A strong academic background
- High-quality training and experience
