The Role:

You will advise on a wide range of employment issues and handle both contentious and non-contentious work, including:

• Reorganisations
• Disciplinaries and grievances
• M&A transactional work, due diligence, and corporate support
• Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, settlement agreements
• TUPE
• Employment status
• Day-to-day employment law advice
• Tribunal/Court work

You will have:

• At least 4 years of experience in Employment Law
• Both contentious and non-contentious experience
• Experience acting for both employers and senior employees
• Experience in Employment Tribunals is essential
• A strong academic background
• High-quality training and experience
