Working with a well-established independent FMCG business, we are looking for a talented, hard-working Engineering Managerwho is looking for a new challenge within the industry.

This role is directed to FMCG/Manufacturing experienced Engineering Managers who are keen to step up into a multi-site role.

You will be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement, reviewing processes, procedures, and standards across all sites, leading by example and taking a proactive approach to implementing change.

You will support cross functional departments in the delivery of their objectives, leading the maintenance strategy for planned preventative and reactive maintenance to actively reduce downtime
