Vaccination Nurse

Permanent, Full Time

37.5 Hours per week

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne (travel to sites including overnight stays as required)

£30,000 + benefits 

Our client is seeking a Vaccination Nurse, working closely with a number of teams you will contribute to delivering the immunisation programme in place. Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne but you will be required to when required travel to sites and over night stays as required.

Main Responsibilities:

Administer vaccines as per the program in place and instructions.
Manage suspected cases of TB and report confirmed cases of Hep B, C and HIV. 
Competent at taking blood
Input evidence onto our clients database.
Report findings to clientTo Apply applicants must have the following:

Knowledge and experience of immunising including (Hep B, MMR, Varicella and BCG)
Up to date Basic Life Support and Anaphylaxis
NMC Pin
Willing to travel as and when required
