Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller

Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £36,000, based on experience.
On-target earnings (OTE) to further enhance your overall package.

Our client is an Automotive well-established Franchised Car Dealership and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller to join their busy Dealership.

For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £36,000.

Duties as a Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller  will include:

Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of workOur Client is ideally seeking Proven experience in a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller role within the automotive industry.

To be successful in this Senior Service Advisor role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
