Copello are recruiting for a RF Engineer to join a leading organisation in the Buckinghamshire on a 6 month contract basis.

As the RF Engineer you will be working on a legacy programme providing integration and acceptance activities on RF subsystems within a lab based environment.

Responsibilities of the RF Engineer include:

* Functional integration and testing support of RF subsystems

* Working in the lab to provide rapid integration and acceptance

* Working to project guidelines

* Ensuring product meets end clients requirements, working to defence standard

As the RF Engineer you will have the following skills and experience:

* Strong understanding of integrating RF Systems

* Background in Electronics/Aerospace or Defence

* Working with RF Lab test equipment inc VNA's, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analysers etc

* Exposure to high power RF testing

* Working to standards such as DO-160, ARP4754, Mil-STD-704

* Right side of the V-model (acceptance, verification, qualification & integration)

This role will be offering of a rate of circa £70-£75 per hour (inside IR35) and will require onsite working (4 days a week, some Fridays).

Candidates with be required to have either SC clearance or eligible for SC clearance
