As the Audit Manager, you will lead and manage audit engagements across a varied client portfolio, ensuring high standards of work and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Partners, supervising and mentoring a talented team of auditors, contributing to the firm’s overall growth strategy. This role offers an excellent platform to showcase your leadership skills and further develop your expertise in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit within a UK Practice environment, be ACA/ACCA qualified, and possess excellent technical and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing training and support
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deliver high-quality work
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing advisory support
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the firm’s growth strategy
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively
- Driving licence and access to transport
