Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Machine Operator
✅ Machine Setup & Operation - Learn how to set up, operate, and monitor machines for smooth production.
✅ Packing & Palletising - Package products to customer specifications, wrap/strap them securely for shipping.
✅ Maintenance & Cleaning - Assist with routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
✅ Labouring Duties - Support with bagging and drumming duties as required.
✅ Quality Control - Check that products meet required standards before dispatch.
✅ Waste Management - Ensure correct disposal of waste and recycling.
✅ Health & Safety - Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE correctly.

The Ideal Candidate:
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
✔ Experience driving a counterbalance FLT is desirable but not essential.
✔ Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a tidy workspace.
✔ Awareness of health and safety standards in manufacturing.
