Your new companyYour new roleYou will be a restaurant general manager. Some of the key tasks will include:

• Manage around 25 staff to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
• Expanding the bar culture to ensure a busy area outside for drinks.
• Tackling HR related situations

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need some bar experience in order to expand the restaurant into an outside drinking area as well.
• HR experience
• Experience within global high street food chains as well as fine dining experience

What you'll get in return

• 40-45k salary
