The Role:

As a Technical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of four Shift Leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems within a high demand setting. This is a Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM role, offering a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum with an additional £3,000 HV allowance for candidates holding High Voltage (HV) qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and develop a team of Shift Leaders
Ensure compliance with industry standards and site-specific regulations
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance within a critical environment
Drive operational efficiency and system reliability
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure business continuityWhat We're Looking For:
