Electrical Engineer
Location: Southwark, SE1 8NJ
Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
Pay Rate: £25 - £35 ph
Key Qualifications & Skills Required:
* 18th Edition Qualification (essential)
* Test & Inspection Qualifications (2391 & 2392)
* Strong knowledge of fire alarm panels
* Knowledge of air conditioning (AC) systems
* Experience in dealing with reactive tasks and maintenance
* Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults
* Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting electrical maintenance and repairs across a variety of systems
* Working with fire alarm panels and ensuring proper operation and safety
* Undertaking reactive maintenance tasks in response to equipment failures or faults
* Providing technical support and guidance in electrical system diagnostics
* Performing installation, testing, and inspections as needed
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
