Management Accountant | Permanent|£38,000 - £41,000| West Midlands

Client:Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in the West Midlands in order to appoint a Management Accountant to their growing and busy team. The role will offer hybrid/remote working as well as other excellent employee benefits.

Duties will include:

• Leading on monitoring and reporting for the fixed asset expenditure programme
• Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Supporting the business partnering team and carrying out analysis as directed
• Responsible for monitoring and setting annual budgets, capital expenditure budgets
• Working with wider teams including Housing, Support Services and IT

The successful candidate:

• Experience working within public sector is highly desirable (Charity, Local Government, NHS, Education, Not-for-profit)
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills is essential
• Part-qualified or equivalent ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACA, ICMA, ICA
