Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for managing people and driving positive change within teams? Our client, a forward-thinking property management company, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee and inspire their block management team.
About the RoleIn this key leadership role, you will be responsible for:

Leading, mentoring, and supporting the block management team and site staff.
Driving improvements, streamlining processes, and ensuring the team operates at its best.
 Managing HR tasks, compliance, recruitment, and team performance metrics.While experience in block or property management is a bonus, the focus of this role is on people management and team transformation.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
A track record of successfully driving organisational or team transformation initiatives.
Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational skills.
A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
