Our client is a successful, small private practice that prides itself on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with its clients. Operating in Doncaster for over 30 years they have established themselves as a leading provider of accountancy services to local SMEs

Accountancy duties will include:

* Oversee client bookkeeping and taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients.

* Regular contact and meetings with directors and business owners

* Preparation of complex company financial statements

* Preparation of interim management accounts

* Review and submit quarterly VAT returns

* Preparation of personal tax returns

The Successful Candidate

* Qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience

* Experience with Xero / Sage

* Confident and fluent communication skills happy to be client-facing

* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads

* 40 hours per week but flexible working around core hours
