What you'll get up to?

Leads initiatives that align with the people strategy, building trust, boosting employee engagement, and strengthening leadership skills.
Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager to support in all areas of HR.
You'll be the go-to for Employee Relations and be proactive in addressing issues
You'll be an engagement champion, full of ideas and an eye for identifying opportunities.
You'll lead on project that will support the business.
