NXTGEN have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join a well-established, hugely successful organisation in Colchester. The Assistant Accountant role is very varied and hands-on, every day will be different. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for supporting the team in the finance process and reporting across the whole organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month End
• Management Accountants
• VAT Returns
• Reconciliation checks
• Fixed Asset Register

You will need to have experience in dealing with Statutory Financial Statements, VAT, and budgeting. You will also need to hold either a Full AAT qualification, working towards ACCA/CIMA, or be qualified by experience.
