Description

The key duties for the Senior FP&A Manager are as follows:

• Lead the FP&A team of 5, driving strategic financial planning and analysis
• Drive the annual budget process and monthly forecasting
• Experience with consolidation-resources, business centres, cost centres
• Budgeting
• Forecasting (top down and bottom up)
• Balance sheet forecasting
• Transfer pricing
• Managing and producing a P+L cash flow model

Profile

A successful Group Head of FP&A should have:

• 2 years experience of leading a FP&A team of 4 people
• Balance sheet forecasting experience
• Be able to deal with managing 25+ budgets with a view for this number to double in the next 12 months
• Professional certification in a relevant field (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
• Prior experience in a senior FP&A role
• Demonstrable leadership skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous
