Working hours:

• Remote working
• Full time 
• Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm 

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

• Upto £60,000 Basic salary
• End-of-year bonus

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience in Surveying
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Local London knowledge would be helpful but not essential 
• Someone who has a strong commitment to delivering quality service

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve the following:

• Conduct mortgage valuations and Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
• Provide accurate valuations for properties available for purchase at auction.
• Manage approximately 30 properties per month, predominantly within the London area.
• Utilise your expertise to take part in the company’s expansion efforts.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery.
