Job Description

The Operations Coordinator will work within a multi-modal Operations team, transacting and arranging the smooth transportation of goods whilst providing the highest level of customer service
The role can range from handling Imports and Exports to specialist international installation and “white glove” deliveries in all modes, as well as movement of sensitive or high value equipment
General freight forwarding experience required, not specific to modality. The candidate should demonstrate good time keeping.

Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications

GCSE level
General Freight Forwarding (Import/Export) experience
Basic Microsoft Work/Excel experience
Ability to work well within a Team
The candidate should be flexible, show a willingness to learn and develop new skills and have the ability to work under pressure
The candidate should have a basic understanding of customs entries for Imports or Exports
