• Diary management for the CEO, ensuring events and meetings are in place.
• Organise travel and accommodation, event venues and meeting rooms.
• Produce, review and distribute presentations.
• Taking meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Support with events if and when needed.
• Ad-hoc office tasks.
• Answering queries and overseeing complaints.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous extensive experience as an EA to busy business leaders
• Ideally, experience within the public sector
• Very organised, takes ownership and initiative
