IT Development & Operations Technician

Location: Enfield
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the IT Development & Operations Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems and software, alongside developing and enhancing the cybersecurity framework. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to play a key part in the development of the company's IT infrastructure.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Everyday IT Support:

* Printer setup and troubleshooting

* Onboarding new laptops and O365 accounts

* Managing IT security

* General troubleshooting for laptops and devices

* Intranet Development:

* Help develop internal tools using PowerApps and PowerAutomate

* Work with Dataverse and Power BI dashboards

* Manage SharePoint document system

* Cybersecurity & O365 Capacity:

* Contribute to enhancing company cyber security measures

* Improve O365 functionality

* IT Department Development:

* Assist in building and expanding the IT department

* Asset Management:

* Identify equipment shortages and place necessary orders

* Register IT assets in the company's system

Person Specification:

* Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role

* Proven Powerapps experience

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

* In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks

* Solid knowledge of internet security and data privacy

* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

* Certification in Cyber Security Management (BSc or equivalent)

Salary and Benefits:
