My client is heavily investing in their online channels with a new website launch and exciting initiatives to enhance digital presence. We are seeking a candidate who has gained qualifications in the relevant areas to strengthen this team!

You will be joining a fast-paced, dynamic team that excels at juggling multiple tasks and priorities. Your role will be pivotal in bringing everything together, ensuring seamless collaboration across the team, and aligning every detail to achieve excellence.

As a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Coordinator, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing social channels, creating engaging content, and ensuring our online platforms perform to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

* Collaborate with the sales and buying teams to produce relevant, on-brand social media content.

* Copywriting: Generate creative and engaging tailored to the target audience.

* Design: Create basic artwork using Photoshop or Canva, working alongside our graphic designer for complex projects.

* Photography: Capture and edit professional-quality photos for marketing and sales material.

* Videography: Film and edit product and case study videos with music overlays and text.

* Innovate: Develop fresh ideas and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.

* Assist with marketing efforts for trade shows and create email campaigns.

eCommerce Management

* Process, upload, and manage product listings across our websites.

* Maintain exceptional standards of online product presentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information (images, descriptions, attributes, etc.).

* Respond to customer inquiries related to eCommerce, providing clear and helpful solutions.

* Conduct regular website usability and functionality testing.

* Help collate board reports and prepare notes for management meetings.

About You

* Confident in writing and managing social media campaigns across platforms.

* Skilled at basic design work using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

* Friendly, outgoing, and positive, with excellent communication skills.

* Highly organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Creative and able to use initiative to suggest and implement innovative ideas.
