An exciting opportunity to work at a large head office based in Watford as a credit controller. The role will report directly to the Credit Manager and join a well-established team. The business is looking for someone that is looking to work in a busy and fun office but driven to work to targets, has previous experience within a credit control team, ensuring all invoices/billing is generated and issued correctly, the debt is kept to a minimum by phone and email, and resolving invoice queries.

Duties:

* Contacting suppliers by phone and email to collect outstanding debts

* Allocate of payments

* Resolving any queries of non-payment to invoices

* Cash allocation

Person Spec:

* Previously worked within a Credit Control team

* High volume transaction experience

* Competent user of Microsoft packages - confident Excel

* Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
