Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage planning applications and appeals.- Provide strategic planning advice to clients.- Prepare reports and support in the preparation of planning documents.- Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and development teams.- Contribute to business development and client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:- MRTPI qualified or working towards.- Proven experience in town planning, with a strong understanding of UK planning policy.- Excellent communication and project management skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
