This role requires a flexible approach to working, including travel around the UK and into Europe, working from home, and the offices in Buckinghamshire.
You will be part of a motivated digital marketing team responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities for a Digital Marketing Specialist
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email, and web channels.
- Analyse and report on digital performance metrics (ROI, engagement, traffic) to drive continuous improvement in campaigns.
- Collaborate with the client network to align digital marketing efforts with sales and brand goals, including regular strategy meetings.
- Engage with key stakeholders to integrate insights into digital strategies.
- Manage local UK influencer partnerships, including content collaboration, promotional opportunities, and digital brand presence.
- Coordinate and implement product launches on digital platforms, ensuring alignment of messaging across sales and marketing channels.
- Develop and manage web content, SEO strategies, and paid media initiatives to enhance online visibility.
- Support internal and external staff with up-to-date digital marketing knowledge through regular training and sharing of best practices.
Essential skills for a Digital Marketing Specialist
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media ads, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Confidence in presenting digital strategies and campaign results in team meetings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the UK and attend events/exhibitions as required, including some weekend work (overtime paid).
- Full UK driver’s license.
