Site Manager

PSR are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the North West. The contractors has a proven track record within the region of successfully delivering larger Highrise projects up to £150m. Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance

Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of large high-rise construction projects.
· Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
· Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
· Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Liaise with architects, engineers, and senior management to resolve any site issues and ensure project delivery.
· Maintain accurate site documentation, including work schedules, reports, and material usage.
· Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
· Work collaboratively with other Site Managers within the team to ensure deadlines are met.

Site Manager Requirements
· Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a background in managing large-scale high-rise construction projects.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
· In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
· Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
· A valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and First Aid certification.
· A degree or qualification in Construction Management or a related field is highly desirable.
