* Ability to tailor support strategies to meet individual student needs

* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

What will my responsibilities be?

* Offer academic, emotional, and social support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience

* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment

* Assist in preparing the classroom for lessons and help manage classroom behaviour alongside teachers
