Nursing Home Management opportunity available with a family run provider in South Wales for their service in Llanelli / Camarthen

Our client is a developing care provider who require an experienced Nursing Home Manager in the Llanelli area.

The Owner is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of their 38 bed nursing home providing specialist care and dementia care. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CIW.

Job Requirements for Registered Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Budgets/ business development / marketing

Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
• Proven track record of successful home
• home management experience
• Ideally nurse registered but would consider non nurse managers
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Sound knowledge of CIW and Care Standards
