We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy in billing, and providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. The Billing Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management:

    • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Verify billing data and correct any discrepancies before invoicing.
    • Track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Client Communication:

    • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and billing issues.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Record Keeping:

    • Maintain and update client billing records in the accounting system.
    • Ensure all billing information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting:

    • Reconcile accounts receivable records and prepare monthly financial reports.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documentation as needed.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify areas for improvement in the billing process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and refine billing policies and procedures.
  • Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding billing and invoicing.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in billing regulations.
