A leading global real assets investment management firm is seeking an experienced Fund Controller to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing a newly launched fund vehicle within a highly reputable organisation.

As Fund Controller, you will take charge of the day-to-day management and operational oversight of a newly established fund. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, including portfolio managers, external administrators, auditors, and legal teams, ensuring seamless fund operations and exceptional investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fund launch processes and initial capital deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with fund documentation and reporting obligations.
  • Collaborate with administrators on NAV calculations and investor reporting.
  • Lead the coordination of investor drawdowns, distributions, and liquidity forecasts.
  • Provide performance analysis for individual investments and the portfolio.
  • Work closely with auditors, depositaries, and external AIFMs.
  • Support deal execution with operational due diligence and financial analysis.
  • Drive internal system updates for assets under management (AUM) and transactions.
  • Implement and enhance internal controls.
  • Review and guide the work of junior team members.

About You:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with 4+ years PQE.
  • Experience in investment management, real estate, or private equity through audit or direct roles preferred.
  • Strong financial control, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
