Aftersales Customer Support (Maternity Cover FTC) - Northampton - up to £28,000 + Benefits - Ref 1855

I am currently recruiting for an Aftersales Customer Support role to cover maternity leave within an engineering manufacturing organisation based in the Northamptonshire. Salary up to £28,000 + Benefits.

You will be responsible for meeting internal and external customers needs in accordance with the delivery schedule, as well as the speedy resolution of any post-despatch issues regarding the purchase order/procurement/despatch process of spare parts.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent planning & organisational skills
• Experience within an aftermarket/aftersales customer support role
