Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 + Commission and car or allowance

Hours Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am - 4pm

The role will involve:

* Qualifying potential buyers

* Drive a high level of business through the company.

* Identifying customer needs and matching them to suitable properties

* Viewing properties & negotiating offers

* Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers

* Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

* The ability to negotiate.

* Sound business ethics

* Tenacity and be a self-starter.

* The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
