Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and motivating a team to achieve daily targets

* To manage the people and processes related to an assigned floor/ process

* Coordinating logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

* Support the Shift Manager during the formal performance management; absence and disciplinary processes

* Monitoring performance of individuals and teams providing coaching, mentoring & training

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

* Reporting on team performance and operational metrics

Eessential Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment (Min 1 year)

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

There are no qualifications required for this role & on the job training will be provided
