Our client have recently secured a number of large commercial fit out schemes in London with project values ranging from £5m to £100m,

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor who have a strong presence across most sectors and put progression at the forefront of their business whilst working on some of the UK's most notable schemes.

Role/Responsibilities

* Management of subcontractor labour

* Attend site meetings

* Progress reports

* Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.

* Health and safety

* Review and amend RAMS

* Snagging

* Work with the contracts manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
