Our client is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to support through a busy period. The purpose of this role is to provide efficient, friendly, and accurate customer service and order processing support.
Duties:
- Review and verify orders for accuracy
- Promptly enter customer orders into the system
- Coordinate with customers to organise delivery
- Handle customer calls professionally and courteously
- Respond to customer emails in the inbox
- Escalate unresolved order issues to management
- Address enquiries from customers as quickly as possible
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service is required
