The Ideal Graduate Building Surveyor will have

BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or RICS-accredited degree (essential).
Some prior construction or property experience (advantageous).
A keen ambition to achieve APC accreditation.
Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive attitude.
