(HCL) are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Mobile Chef Manager to work within lovely secondary schools based in Hatfield Hoddesdon Watford Areas.

This role is term time only, working Monday to Friday, so it's ideal for a great work-life balance!

What we require from you:-

• Food preparation and cooking skills
• Previous kitchen and culinary experience
• Strong leadership and hospitality skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Supervisory experience and team management abilities
• Restaurant experience and serving background
• Valid driving license and own car essential
• Excellent communication skill
