Salary: £24,000 - £35,000 per annum, OTE

Package: £24K-25K Basic Salary + uncapped commission up to 35% (OTE 35K Year 1)

My client provides recruitment and professional development solutions for technology, data, AI and software sectors across the UK and US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Managing your candidate database.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree
